You can download Project Scrubber, the Microsoft Project Professional add-in that redacts confidential information from your .MPP files before sharing them with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Installing Project Scrubber is very simple; just follow these instructions:
1. Close Microsoft Project
2. Run the setup file and accept the default settings (you can change them as you like)
3. Close the setup program and launch Microsoft Project
4. You’ll notice a new “Security Tools” entry in the Microsoft Project menu. If you click on this entry, you’ll see the Project Scrubber commands
Important NOTE:
If you’re reinstalling the software, you must FIRST uninstall Project Scrubber from your computer
